Lords Cricket Ground might be busily preparing for the World Cup final on the weekend, but on Tuesday there were some very own VIPs in the Home of Cricket. Some children form Year 5 had been invited to the launch of Middlesex Moves healthy Eating project called Crick-Eats! It is partnerships with ISS, our school caterers and Bidfoods, their supplier. It took place in the Presidents Box where Year 5 learned to prepare some dishes under the guidance of some chefs and former England Cricket Captain and Middlesex legend Mike Gatting. The results were very tasty! An extremely memorable day was finished with a tour led by Mr Gatting, which included the actual Ashes trophy (which he won as England's Captain in 1986) and the changing rooms, which will be filled by the best cricketers in the world on Saturday! Today however there were ten superstars of our own from Y5!
