Please email the completed form to the school office along with your child’s birth certificate and passport.  If you are unable to provide us with your child’s birth certificate you will need to provide copies of both parents’ passports. We also need two proofs of address. These could be either two utility bills or one utility bill and a council tax demand.  These must show the parents name, address and be dated within the last 3 months for utility bills.

The Nursery is split in to morning or afternoon sessions and the hours are

• Morning Nursery – 5 days – 8.45-11.45am
• Afternoon Nursery – 5 days – 12.45-3.45pm
• 30 Free Entitlement - 5 days - 8.45-2.45pm (this can be extended 3.45 at an additional charge of £40 a week)

We are currently only able to offer a limited amount of free 30 hour places to those eligible. If you would like more information to see you may be entitled please visit https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/
