- Sanctuary Barnet (Crisis Café)provides access to immediate emotional support to anyone over the age of 18 experiencing distress. Call 020 8343 5704 (Mon-Fri 4.30-10pm, Sat & Sun 12-6pm) or email sanctuarybarnet@mindeb.org.uk Open Christmas Day & New Years Day.
- Andy’s Man ClubBarnet host sessions for men 18+ to offload in a supportive environment, free from judgement. The sessions are every Monday at 7pm at the Meritage Centre (excluding Monday 30 December and bank holidays).
- Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust’s Crisis Telephone Service provides advice to young people experiencing a crisis. Call 0800 151 0023 (24 hours) to speak to a trained advisor.
- Don’t Hide Your Mind- Talk About ItBICS support young people and are open Monday to Friday 9-5 excluding bank holidays, and Kooth.com are open weekdays 12pm - 10pm & weekends 6pm - 10pm. Exceptions - 24 December (Christmas Eve) 12pm to 8pm; 25 December (Christmas Day) 4pm to 8pm; 26 December (Boxing Day) 12pm-8pm; 31 December (New Years Eve) 12pm to 8pm; 1 January (New Years Day) 4pm to 8pm
